First, I'm talking about accidents because they include hitting fixed objects. Alcohol is 5 as a contributing factor, way back of operator in attention and improper lookout. And deaths don't relate we'll to accidents. Deaths are primarily drowning s which we know are falling overboard.
For so many thousands of groundings that must be represented here overa decade, do you have a more accurate source of data for boats hitting fixed objects?

- Electronic navigation has surely drawn in more people who cannot be bothered with learning navigation though.
