Mounting Anchor on Bow Pulpit

Can you provide more details on your bow anchor setup?
I'm looking to do same thing with a Fortress on a Caliber 33.
Already have CQR 35 mounted on roller but want 2nd anchor for quick release.
It happens I have the fitting for fluke end of Fortress but need to see how chain tensioner is mounted and what it hooks to.
