Hi Mike, I've met some boats, one Hanse in Ireland, been working almost 3, and the owner didn't hold out forever.

I have the handbearing, but usually just eyeball the binacle compass. eyeballs are the biggest tool. Just read though that a boat was run down by a car ferry in the baltic. Says the ferry's insurance is paying up but I gotta wonder.....
