Rey and I went to present them with some charts and guides in an effort to help keep them alive. Lynn told me I had to walk down the dock with her to see a boat. We walked down the dock and she showed me this beautiful Wetsnail 30 that had a lot of love put into her finishing and appeared to be outfitted for extended cruising.

She just stared at it and ran her hand along the varnished cockpit coaming. I could see in her eyes that the Beneteau 36.7 they had was going to find a new owner in the not too distant future. I told her that she's in dangerous territory looking at cruising boats.

She laughed.

Then we went back to her boat.
