My summer was spent putting an addition on my house... but there is a serious boat component

() Added a new entry way room and an attached 14 x 26 garage. I finally have a great place to hang the dinghy and kayak in the winter, as well as a permanent wall support for stowing the dinks outboard!
The garage isn't just heated BTW.... it's even got air conditioning!!!
