where you got the flat belt (and I presume serpentine) kit ? I'd be curious what the whole enchilada cost said and done. And can you get this pulley kit for the water pump ? I also have a Yanmar (4JHE) and have looked into serpentine belt conversion kits, the components cost was a bit too much for me last time I checked. I really don't have much problem, I have a 125 HO ALT and as far as I can tell very little slippage, not much dust and good charging. But better charging, no tightening and NO dust does interest me. I do have wide diameter pulleys, and my belts & pulleys are 1/2", I use a Green Stripe belt that last a long time with no real complaints ... I should probably leave well enough alone and spend the money on a solar panel !
