            • With a 4 ft draft, a tolerance of a little heat and some Mosquitos, you could spend years exploring the Chesapeake.

        • Not much. Lots seem really cheap, some waterfront available to build. Built waterfront not so cheap but.....
        • There's no substitute for going there
