Shoot, it's gonna snow in Atlanta again. Now that's a tough season.
Yeah, leaving here is going to be tough... but a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do. Or something to that effect.

BTW the real irony is at Christmas, I got new heavier foul weather gear for racing during the "winter" here in SD... and have yet to use it. GRIN

- Not much. Lots seem really cheap, some waterfront available to build. Built waterfront not so cheap but.....
- There's no substitute for going there

- And, take advantage of your high realestate value, rent your home.
- This has been a consideration for a long time...
