There must be places in Rock Hall, the Chester, Cambridge, etc on the a Eastern Shore too. Now, Maryland is a high tax State to live and die in; but you already live in a high tax State ;^))))

- With a 4 ft draft, a tolerance of a little heat and some Mosquitos, you could spend years exploring the Chesapeake.

- Great place!
- Live in Oriental or nearby or? I looked at real estate in the area last evening for amusement.

- Not much. Lots seem really cheap, some waterfront available to build. Built waterfront not so cheap but.....
- There's no substitute for going there
- Or too hot and muggy...
- San Diego has a lot more going for it
- Indeed San Diego IS a wonderful area...

- Affordable, interesting, high quality of life, great weather, world class sailing ground, easy....
- And, take advantage of your high realestate value, rent your home.
- This has been a consideration for a long time...
