As Tom said, I hope this turns out to be an opportunity for you. I trust your rate for contract work is set high enough to take some of the sting out of going back to bail them out.

- Not much. Lots seem really cheap, some waterfront available to build. Built waterfront not so cheap but.....
- There's no substitute for going there
- Or too hot and muggy...
- San Diego has a lot more going for it
- Indeed San Diego IS a wonderful area...

- Affordable, interesting, high quality of life, great weather, world class sailing ground, easy....
- And, take advantage of your high realestate value, rent your home.
- This has been a consideration for a long time...
