If you do move sooner instead of later, will you look for some employment? That's add another tricky angle to where you might move.
Maybe this will turn out to be an opportunity for you.

- Not much. Lots seem really cheap, some waterfront available to build. Built waterfront not so cheap but.....
- There's no substitute for going there
- Or too hot and muggy...

- Indeed San Diego IS a wonderful area...
