Costs on an annual basis: Marina = $2900, insurance = $622, diving on hull = $185, fuel = 80 gallons @ 3$/gallon = $240. Total = $3,947.

Of course, this doesn't include maintenance costs like teak treatment, hardware and line replacements, etc. Nor does it include the occasional marina stop during the summer weekend. All of those are "extras" and I don't begrudge the money. In fact, I want new dock lines for my birthday.
