Actually

Actually Gail is right that Falmouth now has a waiting list. There is good town access but very limited parking spaces. Seeing as I am at the boat nearly every day, when it is in the water, a guaranteed spot to park is a plus and one I gladly pay for.

The dinghy dock at Falmouth is also chuck full and it too has a wait list. Sadly the town has no launch service so if you can't fit your dink at the dock then you either pay Handy Boat, join the YC or bring and launch your dinghy each time you go..

You could get away with $250.00 non-resident mooring fee and your annual mooring expenses if you don't mind the battle for parking and can get a slot for your dinghy at the town dock.
