Our Marina, Fortmans, which isn't the nicest on the estuary has had two rent increases over the past 1 1/2 years. Still not bad at $8 a foot for a 40' slip but up from the $280 it was a couple of years ago.

There are open slips for the under 30' boats but the 35' and up slips are all full. Were a couple of vacancies for a short while but they have filled up.
