I included annual fees, inspection and amortized replacement of mooring parts...

Believe it or not I do understand about moorings. The inspection cycle here is 3 years. Top chains generally last 3-4 years and bottom chains last 12-15 years where my mooring is, at least according to the mooring service people that do my mooring. Incidentally, no pickup truck could transport my mooring since the granite block alone weighs more than 3 tons.

By the way, mooring shackles really should be mouses with stainless steel or preferably monel wire.
