Yes we have it pretty good here. I kept a boat in Falmouth Foreside for a season.

They had public moorings then, alot of them so the cost was pretty low for the season (we paid to use a friends who was gone cruising). As I recall, we had to pull the dinghy onto shore (this was many years ago) and parking was not available. Parking is an issue even in some of our areas, but locals know the way around that. We have tons of public parking in Rockport.

But it sounds (according to Rodd) that town moorings are still available at the Foreside but he pays for a launch service and parking.

Still, compared to keeping your boat in say many places on the Cape, it's dirt cheap.
