That is true of two of anything immersed. But I don't understand your point of sussing out all the small details of inequality that may transiently exist in dynamic operations.
If it is just a thought exercise, then OK, but if it is to support the notion that those rudder surface areas are too small, then I call BS and have listed logical and experimental reasons for that - not just mental wanderings.
The delta of forces and dynamics experienced by two different rudders on a catamaran are nothing like those experienced by two different skis on a double fault mogul field. That simile is just absurd to the extreme.
