Now, here's my full iPad screen view... 
In Response To: OK, here's an example to try to illustrate my point... ()
() ...zoomed to the same scale, 1:75,000... Again, Orpheus Rock is situated dead center of the screen...
As you see, nothing distinct or 'alarming' is yet indicated, I had to zoom in considerably before the lighted buoy appears. And, I had to zoom into a scale of 1:12,000 before the notation "Orpheus Rock" appears... And yet, even at the maximum zoom range, no "+" or "*" markings indicating a ROCK that appears above the water's surface, whereas they clearly show on the paper chart at a scale of 1:75K...

- I can see that happening. I had to zoom out to 90 NM for those islands to disappear on an ipad.
