I don't know anything about the individuals going on the rally Tom.

Sorry for the rash statement. It was from my perspective from watching the Baja HaHa ONLY. And listening in the the daily radio check ins. It seems like a lot that go on the HaHa think safety in numbers. We have been asked many times as we cruised up & down the West coast to "buddy boat". We always said we would LOVE to meet up at a place, but things just get to complicated to try to stay together all the way.

Also, we do tend to be individual sailors and not joiners. LOVE that impromptu pot luck! But shy away from the group of 50 or more boats grouping up. We much more enjoy the company of the locals that we meet along the way.
