It CAN be, BUT....

if not careful, it could get you in a LOT of troubles! We also saw this take place. A guy was very good at fixing inflatables. But fixing more than one every few months and the law was all over him for taking work away from locals. Never mind, they could not do the job, it was just that he was not local. Most countries we have been in are like that. If you don't have a work permit, you can do a bit, so long as you don't make a local mad, for ANY reason!
