You've made a great choice in a new boat, the Hood 38 has always been on my short list of boats that I could picture stepping up to... CW's Herb McCormick told me once, he had sailed aboard one up in Alaska years ago, and thought it was a wonderful boat, a great choice for a cruiser... Best of luck with her...
Great to see you back here, don't be a stranger... Look forward to hearing about your trip south, you'll be sticking with your same blog, I presume?
