Hey Jon, Great to hear from you, and delighted you're getting use out of the wind vane. I sailed a Hood 38 almost 20 years ago and loved it, but it didn't have a companionway; had to climb up on the roof :- ) to descend and that wasn't for me; thought I was on a submarine and about to hear Dive, Dive! I forgot about it until a few years ago in the Aegean when I came across what I came to know is the II version with a proper companionway. So when our "kids" said we needed something a little roomier than Ramble . . .
Would greatly enjoy crossing paths; I really enjoy meandering up through the out islands of the Bahamas on the way north in the spring; if you're down that way, maybe that would work. All the best. Cheers, John
